Swoon Thursday is a weekly meme hosted by YA Bound.
Here's how it works:
From the book you’re currently reading, or one you just finished, tell us what made you SWOON. What got your heart pounding, your skin tingling, and your stomach fluttering.
Shout it out on Twitter with the hashtag #YABound, post it here in the comments, or grab the adorable button above and share it on your blog! I want to know & so do the chicks at YABound!
This Swoon Thursday I took a swoon from one of my favorites, Onyx by Jennifer L. Armentrout.
This book was more than awesome and had so much swoon, I was squealing like a little girl.
*Fair warning, if you have not read or finished Onyx (why haven't you?) this swoon is a bit spoilery so read at your own risk*
His smile turned wicked. "Yeah, but first, there are things I want to do, and we don't have nearly enough time for that now."
I arched a brow. "Are you going to try to squeeze in a dinner and a movie?"
"Kitten, your mind is a terrible and dirty place. I was thinking we could go for a stroll or something."
"Tease," I murmured and started to stand, but he held me there.
"Say what?" I asked.
"Tell me what you told me earlier."
My heart leaped into my throat. I'd told him a lot of things, but I knew what he wanted to hear. "I love you."
His eyes darkened a second before he kissed me until I was read to say screw the whole doing-right-by-me thing. "That's all I ever need to hear."
"Those three words?"
"Always those three words."
Inst' that just amazing and sweet and don't you just get all warm and fuzzy!
Perfect moment to me!
Well, hell that whole book was :)
What made you swoon??
