February ~ Jumble Your Genres Reading Challenge: Contemporary

So this year Readers Live A Thousand Lives, Corrie The Book Crazed Girl, and Lovin' Los Libros have teamed up to host the Jumble Your Genres Reading Challenge! For this challenge, the goal is to mix up the genres/categories we read. We have all had those times when we have gotten stuck in the genre/category we are currently reading and read nothing else for a while. The goal here is to mix that up! Each month we will feature a different genre/category and the goal is to read and review one book or more in that genre/category during that month. This month we are focusing on Contemporary. If you want to find out more and join in, go sign up here.

Lately, I can't get enough contemporary reads! So here are some of my favorites:

For the challenge this month I plan to read Come To Me Quietly by A. L. Jackson! I've been waiting to read this one and now that it's finally out, I can't wait to get to it!!

  1. Haven't decided yet, have a lot of these to read. Will either be a Nora Roberts or a Nicholas Sparks

  2. I love that so many of our favorites overlap (all three of us lol) I almost put Crush on my favorites too but tried to limit myself to one book per author lol. I really love seeing Slammed there since it was the book we bonded over many moons ago now *butterflying heart you* Can't wait to see what you think of Come to me Quietly

  4. Again! Yes! We all love the same books! Which I why I love you both to pieces! I almost kept Slammed on mine and didn't. Which is sad, because I love that book too. I hope you enjoy Come To Me Quietly! I've been curious about that one!

  5. Great picks. I have been reading too many dark dystopian and paranormal lately (again) and that's why I picked Papertowns by John Green because I needed a contemporary. But sadly, I didn't love it as much as The Fault in Our stars, but it was still good.

Maybe I will pick Slammed tonight. We'll see what mood I'm going to be in. lol
